SUCCESSFUL FUNDRAISING OF $100,000 IN INITIAL INVESTMENT

Eden Technologies, whose Founder and CEO is DSU’s own Hunter Manz along with Co-Founder Zack Manweiler, are pleased to announce a successful fundraising round of $100,000 in initial investment. This marks tremendous confidence in Eden’s desalination invention. With these funds, Eden Technologies will now progress towards advanced prototyping and preparation towards formal engagement with global customers, to include the Saline Water Conversion Corporation of Saudi Arabia.

The Atwood Innovation Plaza (AIP) at Dixie State University serves as Eden Technologies’ home base offering space to incubate their business, continue prototyping their designs and mature the overall plan. Colby Jenkins, Director of the AIP, commented that, “Hunter Manz and Eden Technologies represent exactly what the AIP is designed to do… foster an ecosystem supportive of innovative ideas and entrepreneurial people."

We are thrilled to see Eden Technologies enjoy such tremendous early success.
